- We will determine approach to eating that best fits your lifestyle and current health needs.
- We will explore what your kitchen needs to include and not include to facilitate improved markers of metabolic conditions and potential total reversal of symptoms.
- You will have access to resources to help you plan your meals, prepare food/recipes, and monitor your progress.
- We will process your relationship with food and how it helps and interferes with you reaching your health goals.
- You will develop healthy approaches to physical activity and movement that support your metabolic functioning.
- You will experience a transformation in your metabolic functioning and hormones without having to go hungry or feel deprived or eat food you dislike.
- We will navigate necessary changes to the dietary approach and explore advanced strategies as your overall metabolic markers improve and possibly slow down in progress.
