- You will develop healthy approaches to physical activity and movement that support your body without causing undue stress that actually interferes with weight loss.
- You will experience a transformation in your body weight and composition without having to go hungry or feel deprived or eat food you dislike.
- We will navigate necessary changes to the dietary approach as your body changes, weight decreases, and possible plateaus occur.
